  • You may want to have mold testing performed if you notice any of the following in any area of your home:

    • You can visibly see mold on walls or ceilings and will continue to grow if not treated

    • You can smell a musty odor in your home or an area of your home.

      • Mold spores give off a musty odor

    • You have had any sort of leak or moisture accumulation in your home for any period of time

      • Mold almost always follows when there has been any leak or moisture accumulation of any kind in your home.

  • If mold goes untreated in the home, this presents a potential health hazard including allergenic symptoms, respitory problems to include difficulty breathing, stuffy or runny nose, and other problems such as itchy skin and eyes.

  • We will collect samples of visible mold using non-invasive techniques and send the samples out to the lab for testing.

  • Once results are submitted back to us, we will provide you with a thorough report which includes the type of mold that was found along with the symptoms that are associated with the mold present in your home.  We also provide you with resources to utilize in order to remediate the mold in your home.

  • Mold spore testing (air quality) testing is also another form of mold testing that we perform.

    • Samples are taken from the air, metered amount of air is pulled through a filtration media. Air contaminates are trapped in this filtration media and sent for laboratory analysis. Contaminates are identified and quantity of contaminates are compared to identify the level of growth present and its potential severity.
